Ukrainians (and non-Ukrainians) world-wide make pysanky, and some have created web sites. Many Ukrainians settled in Canada and South America before and after WWII, and others ended up in Western Europe after the war.  Some interesting sites:

Particularly exotic sites are these from Japan, by  Miwako and by Natsumi Iino. Pysanky have become popular in Japan in the past few years; there is even a Facebook group dedicated to the subject of “Pysanky  Japan.”
