Sara sent me these photos from the LCECU.  She held another pysanka making session on April 8th for (mostly) children.  It went well, and many lovely pysanky were created.


April is one of the hottest months of the year in Vellore. (Only May is hotter, when temperatures routinely stay above 100ºF for days at a stretch.  I can’t imagine working on pysanky in such conditions (there is no air conditioning, only fans which can’t be turned on because they put out the candles).
