Тhe pysanka on this page is a design collected by Zenon Elyjiw and published in 1994 his book «20 Кип Писанок» (“60 Score of Ukrainian Easter Eggs”).  I have recreated it based on hіs photos. This pysanka was also depicted in the series of Plast stamps that Elyjiw created with his brother:
