Every Ukrainian family puts together an Easter basket of non-Lenten foods and pysanky to be blessed on Easter morning.  Such baskets, with a prominent paska, are a common motif in Ukrainian Easter cards.  Newer cards from Ukraine prominently feature all sorts of flowers as well.
